As Dr Rafael explains, I was tired of working in the hospital system and seeing a reactive approach to health. I was convinced that there was a better way to promote, grow, and accrue health in the human body. What I learned would forever change my health and the health of those who I love.
Dr. Chris is a second generation chiropractor and was fortunate to be raised in a home where he was adjusted since birth, living out the health principles that Acru Health represents. He carries his passion for chiropractic everywhere he goes, and he certainly hopes it's contagious.
Dr. Anthony has a passion for living a healthy and thriving life, and helping others do the same! He’s a NorCal transplant that is excited to help the San Diego community grow in holistic health, tapping into each person’s unlimited potential.
Julia has a strong background in healthcare having worked in the dental field for 15 years. "I was ready for a change and am so happy that path has brought me to a place where I get to help people live a happy and healthy life everyday!" Julia is our patient care coordinator scheduling specialist. She will help you with any concerns and walk side by side with you through the entire process.
Lindsay graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor's in Child Development & Family Studies and is a Certified Massage Therapist. Giulianna is naturally drawn to topics around holistic wellness since a very young age. She is a Bankers Hill local who likes roller skating, playing tennis, and making ceramics. She has a passion for supporting the road to healing, which looks different for every individual. She hopes to be of service to her community by supporting your health journey.
Iana has a peak interest in holistic wellness and is looking to further her studies within the field. She is a San Diego native who enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and yoga. As a previous patient she’s seen the benefits of Acru Heath chiropractic care, and is now supporting people on their own wellness journey.
